Naime and I are dedicated to living a meaningful yogic life.
We seek to ‘optimally align’ in all that we do—as teachers,
parents, friends, artists, lovers and students of yoga. We
keep high standards for ourselves sweetened with humor and forgiveness, with the intention to continuously evolve. By truly
paying attention, we are able to step more fully into the blessings of ours lives with greater appreciation, less regret and more laughter.
We have been truly blessed to have ‘kept great company’ with many extraordinary teachers over the years
We are deeply grateful to John Friend and Dr. Douglas Brooks, each of whom we have spent over a decade studying with and who continue to be among our greatest sources of inspiration and wisdom. We treasure the humility and brilliance of Sally Kempton and Paul Muller-Ortega, and thank so many other extraordinary teachers who have helped us along our path like Maty Ezrahy, Chuck Miller, Erich Shiffmann, Krishna Das and Sharon Salzburg. And let us not forget our students who bless us with their presence, and our two beautiful boys, Luca & Milo, who teach us everyday how to be more loving, patient, playful and curious.
